If you are already a registered member of okHire, you will receive an email asking you to login to respond to a verification request. Here are the steps to follow once you login to your dashboard:

1. Upon login, click on "Request Received" tab and you will see the requests that have been received. Click on "respond" as shown below to respond to a request.

2. Once you click on "Respond", a popup will open that will contain all relevant employee background details pertaining to your company that need to be verified. You can verify or correct the details by clicking on the tick or cross marks within the app. You can also verify the documents that have been uploaded by their new employers by clicking on the link next to the documents field. Once all details have been verified, simply submit the request and you will earn 1 fre credit that can be used to conduct your own employee background checks.
